Spray services don't just kill mosquitoes

The pyrethroids used by private mosquito spray companies don't stay where they're sprayed. Research shows they drift into neighboring yards, contaminate soil and flower beds, and kill the bees and butterflies that pollinate your garden.

Texas is one of the largest beekeeping states in the country and sits on the critical monarch butterfly migration corridor. Every yard that gets sprayed is one more patch of habitat that becomes toxic to the insects we actually need.
