By using the BetterBug website or services, you agree to these terms. BetterBug LLC ("BetterBug," "we") is a Texas limited liability company based in Grapevine, Texas.
Services
BetterBug provides residential mosquito control in the Dallas-Fort Worth area. Service details, frequency, and pricing are described at signup. Mosquito control is a biological process; results vary and we do not guarantee a mosquito-free yard.
Payment and cancellation
Service is billed in advance unless otherwise stated. You may cancel at any time effective at the end of the current billing cycle. Equipment installed at your property remains our property and will be retrieved at no cost upon cancellation.
Acceptable use
Don't misuse our website or any application we operate, including by attempting unauthorized access, scraping at unreasonable rates, or interfering with normal operation.
Disclaimers and liability
Our website and services are provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any dispute will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Tarrant County, Texas.
Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
